68 Ventures and Warrior 360 joined forces to host more than 400 local leaders in the community to its CHASING GREATNESS conference at The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa on January 11, 2024.

CHASING GREATNESS was created with the goal of bringing together a wide array of leaders across a multitude of industries to learn from the various speakers, foster new relationships, and come away with transformative leadership tools to go out and attack the future.

“I was pumped to have hosted you in partnership with my lifelong friend Brad Israel, founder of Warrior 360, for this CHASING GREATNESS event. We both consider ourselves passionate, lifelong students in the fields of leadership and human performance, while accepting that we still have an infinite amount to learn,” says Nathan Cox, chairman, 68 Ventures.

Speakers were featured in a “Ted-Talk-style” fast paced day of leadership training and stories of greatness to inspire and motivate attendees and Cox urged all to “lean in, engage, and get out of your comfort zone.”

Speakers for the event included:

“It is truly a privilege to get to not only bring presenters together that have earned the title of experts in their respective fields, but to also surround our guests with their peers in the audience to have so much to offer across multiple fronts,” said Cox.

Cox, who served as the day’s moderator, challenged each guest to Bet on Themselves by saying:
“The greatest risk in life is to risk nothing at all. The best investment we can make will always be in ourselves. When you choose to Bet on You, God will take care of the rest provided you are willing to do whatever it takes to carry the water. It will not be easy, but it will be worth it.”
