July 31, 2023 (Daphne, Ala.): With the company’s new vision for the future, 68 Ventures has announced new leadership in Drew Dolan as CEO and Adam Campbell as president. In addition, 68 Ventures has announced a change with one of its operating companies, TerraCore Development Services (TerraCore). TerraCore is the single-family lot development arm of 68 Ventures and has been responsible for the development of over 7,500 lots.

    Drew Dolan, CEO

Dolan, previously president of Truland Homes, a leading Gulf Coast builder of more than 3,000 homes, moved into the CEO role to oversee 68 Venture’s real estate and development efforts. As president for Truland, Dolan was responsible for implementing the company’s vision, mission and overall strategic direction in addition to driving culture throughout the organization, a role he will continue as CEO of 68 Ventures. “Leading Truland Homes was the most rewarding experience of my professional career. I am grateful to each of our team members and trade partners that made it such a success,” said Dolan. “As we look forward, I am excited to return to 68 Ventures and lead the organization alongside Nathan and Adam. We have a top-notch team and are well positioned to focus our resources to significantly expand our development operation.” Previously, Dolan worked for 68 Ventures as Chief of Staff where he was focused on providing support to the CEO, project management and strategic planning, in addition to working with internal business units, banks and investors on deal structures and execution. Dolan’s real estate and development career began when he started working as an attorney in the commercial real estate group at Maynard, Cooper & Gale (now Maynard Nexsen) in Birmingham, Ala. Here, Dolan represented buyers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate matters. We see a bright future ahead in all of us concentrating our efforts on development, investment and construction.” Prior to joining 68 Ventures, Campbell spent his corporate career as an executive in both the public and private sectors focused on formulating long-term growth strategies. His experience includes managing national sales teams, directing and overseeing company marketing, developing and overseeing a national client retention strategy, managing public affairs and communication efforts, along with identifying and evaluating acquisition targets that would unlock strategic markets for the organization. Campbell graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University and earned a master of business administration from Colorado State University. Upon graduation from Monmouth University, Campbell entered the Marine Corps Officer Candidate School earning a commission upon completion. He spent the next 11 years as a Harrier Pilot and ultimately left the Marine Corps in 2015 at the rank of Major.

““As 68 Ventures embarks on this thrilling new chapter, I couldn’t be more confident about our prospects having Drew and Adam leading the charge. Both have been two of my most trusted relationships, while demonstrating their business acumens and leadership abilities to be beyond deserving of the roles. We have more opportunities in front of us than ever before, which is a testament to everyone in our organization, and there are none better than these two to capitalize upon them. I look forward to supporting them and celebrating their success together for decades to come.”

Horton and Truland Homes,” says Nathan Cox, Chairman of 68 Ventures. “It is with great enthusiasm we welcome Will and his team at TerraCore’s return to 68 Ventures. There is no other component of our organization more vital to us achieving all the goals we have set forth than augmenting Will and his group as they expand geographically in route to developing 5,000 lots a year for D.R.
