    Stonebridge is a master-planned community with several single-family and multi-family neighborhoods, as well as a plethora of amenities. With 425 lots completed by January 2019, we broke ground on Phase 6 of the Belmont neighborhood and delivered 25 lots in that December. Monticello Phase 1 broke ground in January 2019 and delivered 62 lots in April 2020. Monticello Phase 2 also commenced in January 2019. Construction was completed in April 2020 and delivered an additional 28 lots. Monticello phases 3 - 7 have been completed and added an additional 369 lots over three and a half years. Phase 1 of Biltmore began in May 2022 and delivered 61 lots by August. In March of 2023 we developed the land for the 141 unit multi-family complex, Fallingwater at Stonebridge. Biltmore phase 2 began in January 2024 and will be delivered in March, adding 32 lots. The remaining 4 phases of Biltmore will comprise another 159 lots and is expected to be completed by late summer 2025. The Haddon Lakes neighborhood within Stonebridge is expected to be delivered by early 2026 and will consist of 450 lots over 10 phases.

    Summer Salt is a mixed-use development located off Hwy 182. Construction for phase 1 commenced in December 2019 and by February 2021, delivered 85 lots. Phase 2 broke ground in August 2023 and by September delivered an additional 31 cottage lots.

    Development of Phase 1 was completed in September 2015 and contained 79 lots.  Phase 2 and Phase 3 each added 29 lots in May and October of 2017, respectively.  Phase 4 was completed in June of 2018, delivering another 31.  The Villages at Firethorne, a new phase for Truland Homes' active adult product, broke ground in June of 2018 and delivered another 20 lots early in December of 2018. The final phase for D.R. Horton in Firethorne, was completed in July of 2019 adding 26 lots; and the final phase, for Truland Homes in the development, started in July 2019 and completed in December 2019 adding a final 30 lots.

    Old Battles Village phase 2 was delivered in May of 2017 and consisted of 21 lots in addition to an amenities center that includes a pool, clubhouse, playground, basketball court, and tennis court. Phase 3 was completed in February of 2018 and delivered another 41 lots. The Hamlet at Old Battles Village, a new phase for Truland’s active adult product, was completed in May of 2019 and delivered 42 lots. Phase 4A construction commenced in March 2021 and delivered 22 lots by mid May, and phase 4B began in November of 2021 and was completed in January 2022. Finally, the last began in November of 2023 and delivered 36 lots in February 2024.
