Stonebridge is a master-planned community with several single-family and multi-family neighborhoods, as well as a plethora of amenities. With 425 lots completed by January 2019, we broke ground on Phase 6 of the Belmont neighborhood and delivered 25 lots in that December. Monticello Phase 1 broke ground in January 2019 and delivered 62 lots in April 2020. Monticello Phase 2 also commenced in January 2019. Construction was completed in April 2020 and delivered an additional 28 lots. Monticello phases 3 – 7 have been completed and added an additional 369 lots over three and a half years. Phase 1 of Biltmore began in May 2022 and delivered 61 lots by August. In March of 2023 we developed the land for the 141 unit multi-family complex, Fallingwater at Stonebridge. Biltmore phase 2 began in January 2024 and will be delivered in March, adding 32 lots. The remaining 4 phases of Biltmore will comprise another 159 lots and is expected to be completed by late summer 2025. The Haddon Lakes neighborhood within Stonebridge is expected to be delivered by early 2026 and will consist of 450 lots over 10 phases.

Pathstone is a mixed-use development is comprised of over single-family residential lots, an apartment community, and a commercial district featuring restaurants, hotels, and professional and medical offices. It is located across the street from Navy Federal Credit Union’s 2.1 million square foot office complex—home to 10,000+ employees. Phase 1 construction started in November 2019 and was completed in July 2021. Phase 2 construction began in February 2022 and wrapped up in August 2022. Phase 2 delivered 76 lots once completed. Phase 4 began in February 2024 and is expected to deliver 56 lots in May. Remaining phases and developments will continue through 2026.

Phase 1 totaled 78 lots and was completed under new ownership in 2014 after resting idly only partially developed for years after being foreclosed on by the lender. Phase 2 broke ground in early 2021 and in March 2023 delivered another 134 lots. Phase 3, 88 lots, is currently under development and is expected to be complete in May 2024. There are another 4 phases planned that will continue through 2027.
