As Land Acquisition Coordinator-Single Family Residential (SFR) Development for 68 Ventures, Preston Ewing assists in sourcing new development projects, negotiating with sellers, and navigating due diligence operations.

Preston grew up in Collierville, Tennessee and went on to attend The University of Alabama, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in operations management with a minor in real estate, followed by a master’s degree in finance with a concentration in real estate. Throughout his college career, Preston completed numerous real estate internships in areas such as development, brokerage, property management, and capital markets.

In his free time, Preston enjoys golfing, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
