Cameron Thatcher is Director of Development Finance for 68 Ventures.
In this role, Cameron manages underwriting and financing of development projects for 68 Ventures. This includes analyzing deal structure, securing financing, and assisting in relationships with lender and investor partners. In addition, Cameron works with the CEO to analyze development opportunities and new asset classes.
Previously, Cameron served as Director of Land Acquisition for 68 Ventures. In this role, he was responsible for sourcing new development opportunities, managing land contracts and due diligence process, and assisting in underwriting and term negotiations with homebuilder.
A native of Ohio, Cameron attended Stanford University. During his time at university, he was a member of the men’s swimming and diving program, before transferring to Florida State University to complete his academic and athletic careers. Thatcher graduated with a bachelor’s degree in real estate, while also obtaining two athletic All-American honors 2016, 2020) and three CSCAA Academic All-American awards (2016, 2017HM, 2018HM). He was also the recipient of the Lindquist Endowed Real Estate Fellowship fund (2019) and represented Florida State in the Mulroy Real Estate Development Challenge.
Cameron is married to his wife, Ayla, and spends most of his free time playing golf, going to the beach, or finding places with live music.
