Caldwell Cunningham is the Chief of Staff for 68 Ventures.

In this role, he assists in the execution and implementation of the strategy of 68 Ventures. Caldwell works closely with the CEO, as well as external partners, to negotiate and facilitate the various transactions carried out by 68 Ventures.

Previously, Caldwell served as vice president of operations for TerraCore Development Services, formerly the real estate development arm of 68 Ventures and its affiliated investors. In his position, he assisted in the day-to-day operations of the company, specifically, closings of land, lots, and financing facilities.

A native of Memphis, Tenn., Caldwell attended college at the University of Mississippi where he received a bachelor’s degree in print journalism.

After college, Caldwell headed west to Jackson Hole, WY before moving to Denver, CO where he earned a juris doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Caldwell practiced law at a boutique law firm in Denver, focusing almost exclusively on real estate transactions.

Caldwell resides in Mobile, Ala. with his wife and Mobile native, Kristen, and their children. In his spare time, Cunningham enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing, playing golf, and watching sports.
