Bragg Foshee is a Project Manager – Single Family Residential (SFR) Development for 68 Ventures.

In this role, Bragg is responsible for delivering all finished projects for 68 Venture including oversight of all aspects of the construction phases.

Previously, Bragg served as director of construction for TerraCore Development Services, formerly the real estate development arm of 68 Ventures and its affiliated investors.

Previously, Bragg worked as a superintendent with S&H Construction out of Montgomery, Ala., and most recently as a program construction manager at BLOX in Birmingham, Ala. In these roles, Foshee oversaw the value engineering, design, manufacturing, and construction of retail strip centers, modular healthcare buildings, and various other commercial projects across the southeast.

A native of Mobile, Bragg attended UMS Wright Prep School before enrolling at The University of Alabama where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a specialization in real estate.

Bragg and his wife Megan have a daughter. They enjoy the outdoors, sports, live music and anything around the water.
