Whitney Watson is the Director of Real Estate Transactions for 68 Ventures, where she works closely with the CEO, as well as external partners, to facilitate the various transactions carried out by 68 Ventures.

Whitney’s tenure with 68 Ventures began in 2017 at Thrive Title, the company’s in-house title firm, where she developed deep expertise in title coordination and real estate closings before transitioning to 68 Ventures in 2019. She further expanded her industry knowledge through a tenure at Builders Capital, a top private construction lender, before returning to the 68V team. This breadth of experience across title, lending, and development gives Whitney a uniquely comprehensive perspective on the real estate transaction process.

A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama, Whitney earned her degree in General Business with a minor in Real Estate. Originally from Lucedale, Mississippi, she now calls Fairhope home, where she resides with her husband Jesse and their two daughters, Elizabeth and Victoria. She is an active member of 3Circle Church and enjoys baking, reading, boating, and traveling in her spare time.
