Josh Drummond serves as a Land Acquisition Manager at 68 Ventures, where he leverages more than 20 years of experience in real estate, development, and construction to source, evaluate, and secure strategic land opportunities across the Gulf Coast with a focus in Mississippi. Skilled in site identification, due diligence, entitlement navigation, and financial analysis, Josh works closely with builders, developers, engineers, and municipalities to move projects from concept through closing.

Before joining 68 Ventures, Josh led land acquisition for national homebuilder’s Mississippi division, where he produced more than 700 residential lots in a single year.

His career also includes previous roles as a real estate broker, business broker, and commissioner with the Ocean Springs Planning Commission, where he gained extensive knowledge of zoning, project management, and governmental affairs.

Josh lives in Biloxi, Mississippi, with his two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, fishing, golf, and spending time outdoors.
