Cat graduated with her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Florida and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. She began her career in the building inspection industry, developing software and training inspectors for Florida’s My Safe Florida Home reinspection quality control program. Her efforts yielded more accurate reporting and more accurate discounts for policies. She then moved into the homeowner’s association world, working for a boutique association management firm developing systems and procedures to improve efficiency, reporting, and sentiment in communities. In her current role, Cat oversees all aspects of homeowner’s associations for 68 Ventures’ communities across the Gulf Coast from Mississippi to Florida and supports the land acquisition team in entitlements to ensure projects are on track for timely starts. She oversees bonding and the closeout of environmental permits for our projects and specializes in SOP development and implementation. Cat serves as a Board member for the Alabama chapter of CAI, and as a Co-Leader of the Gulf Coast chapter of Ladies in Land alongside 68V colleagues Chloe Kelly and Kristen Miller. She lives on the Eastern Shore of Alabama with her husband Adam and their two children. Cat loves to travel with her family and enjoys sporting events, live music, and reading.
