The Bellator Story

Bellator was founded in 2008 by CEO Nathan Cox. Three years later, Troy Wilson merged his real estate company, partnering with Nathan to begin building Bellator Real Estate & Development to what it is today.

With the leadership of Nathan as CEO, Troy as President and Geoff Stacey as COO, Bellator has quickly grown from a two-man operation to the #1 producing real estate company across Baldwin and Mobile Counties. Bellator serves these markets with its seven offices located in Spanish Fort, Fairhope, Daphne, Mobile, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Ono Island.

Unlike many large brokerages, Bellator is owned entirely by the same local individuals who operate and manage it. With the combined efforts of its more than 200+ agents, Bellator closed $951,103,320 in real estate transactions in 2021. This allowed Bellator to maintain its #1 ranking among all real estate firms along the Alabama Gulf Coast, and it’s nearly a $940 million increase from its first year in business. Since 2008, Bellator has closed over $4 billion in real estate transactions.

Pursuit of Professional Growth

That level of success is only reached thanks to Bellator’s agents, who tirelessly pursue professional growth while providing clients the best customer service in the area. To help agents best serve their clients, Bellator provides cutting-edge tools and agent training, including a two-person, in-house marketing team. In addition, eight full-time office administrative staff help agents provide consistent and clear communication with all their clients. Bellator’s seven managing brokers provide agent oversight and guidance thanks to their nearly 200+ combined years of real estate experience — an unparalleled amount of support among coastal real estate companies.

While all real estate brokerages may try to provide the same services, they are far from all the same, and those differences matter.

Bellator Real Estate & Development strives to set themselves apart from the competition by providing elevated standards of service for each client served.

Agent-Focused Real Estate

Bellator is not merely a group of real estate professionals, but a force working to make the Gulf Coast a better place. Their 200+ REALTORS and 20+ team members have invested time and financial resources to help some of the following local charitable organizations: Aubreigh’s Army, Operation Reconnect, Toys For Tots and Coats for Kids. Why? Because the Gulf Coast is home.
